Cloud is 10x faster in Poland!
I got line rate with both links on all 6 attempts. Each file downloaded in 37 sec. each time. Houston/Comcast
Rackspace 467K/s in 66s
Cloud: 8.03M/s in 3.1s
This is on a Savvis link in San Antonio, TX, USA.
Line rate for both sites, from Videotron Cable Modem in Quebec, Canada.
Both sites do not give the same content-type (mpeg versus mpeg3) but that’s equivalent I guess. Files are the same at both locations (md5sum)
